On Wednesday night we will meet with an outdoor expert at the REI store in Timonium who will discuss: moisture-wicking clothing, hydration, nutrition, and the importance of preparation. Then on Sunday, we will join a team of guides and naturalists from the REI Outdoor School for an invigorating January trek through Soldiers Delight.
