The Chabad Jewish Center has announced plans to host an open-to-all holiday event. program, celebrating the festival of Chanukah, will be held on the third evening of the holiday – Thursday night, December 6th, at 5:30pm. The celebration, which will take place at Union Park in Downtown Middletown, will feature the kindling of a giant Menorah-candelabra. Throughout the program, delicious “Latkes” (potato pancakes) – as well as hot drinks – will be available. Festive music, accompanied by singing and dancing, are sure to add some holiday cheer.
