Got Shabbat will introduce you to new friends and area synagogues over a warm, Jewish, family-oriented Shabbat dinner experience. This month there are two featured synagogues. One gathering will be held at Har Sinai, a reform congregation in Owings Mills and the other will take place at Kol Halev, a new, growing reconstructionist synagogue close to the city.

You can also take advantage of Got Shabbat in the comfort of your home. Being a host is simple and stress free. Just register in advance, create a guest list (we can help you make connections) and stop by the JCC to pick up your “Shabbat to Go” package. This includes a delicious meal, paper goods, ritual items plus a fun activity for the kids.
