Join Jews in ALL Hues & Congregation Beit Tikvah for our first event designed for the ALL of the Jewish Community in Baltimore on March 26, 2011 1:00pm . Are you a Jewish adult of dual/multiple heritages? Join us for an open, honest, and intimate discussion as we explore the experience of growing up in an Interfaith and/or diverse family. This is a great opportunity to share your story and grow with other dual heritage Jews. If you’re looking for a time and place to come together with people from different backgrounds to discuss being of dual heritage, HERE IT IS
Not a dual heritage Jew? Don’t worry! We have a specifically designed “All Community” track for you to join in the conversation while still providing the safe spaces for everyone involved. Jews in ALL Hues and Congregation Beit Tikvah are proud to bring you a Shabbat afternoon/evening workshop that seeks to provide a safe environment to discuss the gifts and challenges of living as a Jew with a dual heritage in today’s world. Our goal in this workshop is to understand our own and each others' experiences more fully. Ultimately, we hope to bring our voices to the table to inform the conversation on interfaith marriage, outreach and creating a more inclusive Jewish community. Please join us!
