Sacred Dance Series with Frame Drum Series with Astarte Tzighan 1 of 4

Mon 6 Feb, 6-8 pm. $80 pre-registration required— Space is limited Venmo @Astarte-Tzighan In this 4 week series we will focus on using the frame drum as spiritual tool in our sacred dance practice. We will begin with an open frame drumming circle from 6-7 pm and then move into our dance flow with the drum from 7-8 pm. All levels welcome. Sacred Dance is one of the oldest forms of human creative expression. Movement communicates in a way that transcends vocabulary and connects the mind, body, and spirit in physical and emotional release. Kundalini Activated Dance with Astarte Tzighan

Fri 10 Feb, 7:30-9:30 pm. In this workshop we will explore the healing arts of sacred music and movement. We will tap into the energy of the universe and channel this energy, using musical vibrations along with ancient dance techniques. We will begin with a grounding meditation and then move through each of the seven chakras, awakening our Kundalini.
