JCC Ranch Camp

This year we will be staying at the JCC Ranch camp, a riding camp in Elbert, CO. The camp is clean and well kept, with plenty of activities to keep us busy. Of course there will be plenty of opportunities to meet old and new friends, celebrate Shabbat, and just relax and enjoy.

Daytime

So many choices! You can hike, bike, climb rocks, or ride a horse. Become a Ninja Acrobat, take a tour, or beat the heat while exploring a cavern by lantern light. With Pike's Peak nearby, you can take a cog railway to the top, and even bike down!. Or you can pit your nerves of steel, catlike reflexes, and muscles of iron against other Mosaic members during field day. And that is just the tip of the iceberg!

Nighttime

After the sun goes down, we'll mingle and schmooze, learn new dances, and listen to some great music. We'll celebrate Shabbat and Havdallah with beautiful candlelight ceremonies, take a night hike, do some stargazing, and enjoy the nightly Mosaic campfire.

Pre-Trip

Before heading to camp, take a few days to experience Boulder,CO.A completely different feel than Colorado Springs, we wanted to share with you the outdoor culture of this progressive and wonderful town. We'll hike in the Flatirons and Gregory canyon; explore Pearl Street; canoe, kayak and swim in Boulder Reservoir; visit NREL, NCAR, Celestial Seasonings; bike along Boulder Creek, dine at the famed Dushanbe Teahouse, and much, much more!

Post-Trip

Don’t want the fun to end? Enjoy a couple of more days, and a lot more adventure, with your Mosaic friends in Rocky Mountain National Park. We'll head up to Estes Park for some of the most beautiful and scenic hikes in the country!
