Appointments will fill up fast. Did you know heart disease is the leading cause of death in the U.S. for both men and women? If you have not been screened for heart disease recently or do not see a cardiologist you should consider this low cost opportunity to find out if you have a healthy heart.

This screening will include:
Blood pressure check, blood will be drawn for cholesterol and glucose, heart health assessment, body composition, counseling with a cardiac nurse, and exercise and nutrition advice. Cardiologist Dr. Stacy Fisher will review your results and make recommendations if necessary. Please note she will not be present at the screening, but will review your results at a later time.
