Topics will include: tips and suggestions for using herbs to reduce sodium in the diet. Individuals will take home some herb blends and booklet with herb information.

The registration fee is $15. Please register through Eventbrite by February 23 at tinyurl.com/y8anppcx.

Subject to cancellation if less than 10 people registered. If workshop is cancelled registration fee will be reimbursed.
