This is a rugged 10 mile hike in the S. Shenandoah with great views. With luck, the fall foliage will be in its prime. The S. Shenandoah is less crowded than the Northern part and is a little wilder. It is well-worth the drive. Vienna Metro North Side 9am. Aleph charges no per outing fee. Some parks charge entrance fees, please ask about fees when you RSVP. Bring money for car-pooling, park fees, and food.
