This course, presented by a former federal prosecutor and a renowned FBI agent, will explain the elicit trade, the government’s efforts to combat it and the laws that can be applied. After offering some highlights from their most memorable cases, the presenters will also explain the limitations of the government and the need for aggressive action by museums, collectors, and the private legal sector.
