Wed 6 May, 7-9 pm. Wednesday, May 6, 7:00 – 9:00 pm Join one of Northern New Jersey’s favorite caterers, Roberta Slow, as she shares her secrets to preparing the ultimate spring tarts and salads. The evening’s featured dish will be a perfect black pepper and fresh thyme infused tart crust filled with caramelized onions, gruyere cheese and red and yellow tomatoes drizzled with extra virgin olive oil, fresh basil & thyme. Roberta’s refreshing salad will feature spring greens with a warm wild mushroom sauté and shaved parmesan served with a choice of lemon vinaigrette or a balsamic reduction.
