Robert S. Balter, Esquire This course will address ethical dilemmas that arise in common estate planning assignments such as issues of joint representation, retirement plan conflicts and family representation. Using examples from over 20 years of practical experience, Mr. Balter will outline some standard practices which often create ethical difficulties down the road relating to attorney-client privilege, shared/unshared secret clauses, and beneficiary designations. He will then suggest some effective alternatives. One (1) ethics credit; lunch included, dietary laws observed. Note our new lower price. Cost: $35.00
