Eavesdropping, Evidence and Ethics

1:00 pm – 4:15 pm Adam D. Zucker, Esq. Detective Marc Azeff Rabbi Joshua Kalev Rabbi Kalev will begin the course with a segment on ethics, exploring privacy issues and eavesdropping in Jewish law. Mr. Zucker will follow with a discussion on how wiretap and surveillance evidence can play a critical role in criminal and civil cases. Detective Azeff, an expert in undercover video and electronic evidence, will explain the technical aspects and challenges of doing surveillance and share some anecdotes from his extensive experience in the field. One (1) ethics and two (2) substantive credits: $100 Lunch included; dietary laws observed. Doors open at 12:15 pm; course starts promptly at 1:00 pm. Cost: $100.00
