Hear the fascinating history of Jewish life in Kaifeng, China, beginning in the 10th century with the Northern Sung Dynasty, when the Jews of Persia and India traveled the Silk Road to Kaifeng. Shi Lei, a descendant of one of the original Jewish families, works as a national tour guide of Jewish sites in China. He was recently featured in The New York Times Travel section.
