Tue 14 Jun, 9 am-4 pm. Workshop — June 14th, 2011 June 14th, from 9:00am—4:00pm in the DHM/CET Theater. The DHM/CET will present a timely, new curriculum highlighting rescuers, resisters, and others who stood up for the victims and against the perpetrators in the Holocaust and more recent genocides. The presentation will include historic background and an interactive discussion of the curriculum and its use in the secondary classroom. Up to 6 CPE’s can be earned by attendees. Jewish customs and traditions will also be presented and you will be served a Kosher lunch. This is an encore seminar requested by teachers’ feedback.
