Isaiah Zagar, the internationally known artist and creator of Philadelphia'a Magic Garden on South Street, is the featured artist at Rodeph Shalom's PMJA this fall. We are really excited t be partering with the Magic Garden for a cocktail party and tour for RS BoomRS and adults of all ages.
