While the books of the New Testament are the foundational texts of Christianity, they were written in a Jewish context, many of them for a Jewish audience. This class will examine various books of the New Testament, including the four Gospels, Paul's Letters and the Book of Revelation to understand their historical Jewish context. Instructor: Rabbi Scott Meltzer Class meets on Tuesdays for 5 successive weeks, July 5 - August 2, 2011 Tuition: $75 (AMAA Members $67.50) Time & Location: 10:00 - 11:30am at Cong.
