(September 21 - December 31) The Oregon Jewish Museum will be one of the first stops on the national tour of an exhibition by the Museum of Jewish Heritage in New York City. Since the 1920s, the game of mah jongg has ignited the popular imagination with its beautiful tiles, mythical origins, and communal spirit. This dynamic exhibition explores the history and significance of the game that became a Jewish-American tradition.
