Lindy Hop Swing Dancing Lessons and Social Dancing

Ongoing Thursdays, 7:30-10:30 pm. Gainesville Swing Dancing every Thursday evening from 7:30 PM to 10:30 PM, you can find us at the Rosa B Williams Center. We kick off the night with a one-hour beginner lesson, followed by two hours of social dancing in a beautiful, air-conditioned hardwood dance hall. We cannot wait to hit the dance floor with all of you. No partner or experience needed. Parking: Free street parking is available in front of or beside the building, as well as in the nearby Friends of the Library lot. Admission: Free, donations encouraged via cash or Venmo. Dancing Under the Stars

Sat 18 Nov 2017, 6-9 pm. Put on your dancing shoes, grab a date and join us at Depot Park for a night under the stars! There will be lessons, lights (and stars) music, photos and a good time, you don't want to miss out! Beginner lessons will start at 6pm and go until 7pm. Social dancing will begin after lessons from 7pm-9pm. Pricing: Lessons $5 per person. Dance ticket $5 per person.
