Come dance and have a blast with us. Edwin Carvalho is from Salvador Bahia, Brazil and has dedicated himself to studying traditional Brazilian dances and dances from the African Diaspora.

The workshop will be developed from the movement of the Black people of Salvador with a mixture of elements such as capoeira, samba, pagoda, and folkloric dance that give a special touch and a unique way of doing the dances of Bahia.

Space is limited to 30 people.

This workshop is open to anyone and all experience levels. Beginners and experts welcome.

Located right across from Curia on the Drag.

Helio Faria is an INCREDIBLE and PASSIONATE DANCER who is also a Physical Educator. Helio lives in Turkey, but is original from Rio de Janeiro, Brasil, the SAMBA Capital of the world!!!

Helio has been teaching Ballroom Dance and all Brasilian dance formats to individuals, couples and groups. Helio's knowledge and Cultural understanding of SAMBA and its "ramifications", incites and inspires!!!

Attending this workshop will help you to understand and "get" the most FAMOUS and sought to learn Brasilian rhythm.

NO DANCE EXPERIENCE REQUIRED, ONLY the willingness to LEARN and have a GREAT TIME!!!

Helio will have a class prepared for individuals, couple and groups of friends, so, NO EXCUSES!!!
