Jewish Divorce Recovery Group

In response to a lack of Jewish-oriented divorce recovery groups, Jewish Family Service will offer a ten-week Divorce Recovery Group based on the Fisher Model and integrating Jewish themes starting Monday, October 27 from 5:30 to 7:00 p.m. The group is intended for individuals separating, divorcing, or dealing with the loss of a love relationship. The group provides effective coping skills in a supportive, friendly environment for people dealing with divorce and loss issues. The cost is $300 for this three-hour per week group, which includes materials. The group will be led by a JFS counselor and Rabbi Eliot Baskin. For details, contact Arleen Gershen, 303.597.7777.
