Israel has gone from a desert wasteland to a modern, industrialized country whose technological and medical advances are among the most impressive in the world. The images we see of Israel in the news, however, are largely those of conflict, violence and controversy. Renowned marketing experts, Professors David Reibstein and Jerry Wind, will review some of Israel’s most notable accomplishments and present their views on how Israel’s image in world media might be improved.
Professor David Reibstein is the William Stewart Woodside Professor, Professor of Marketing at the University of Pennsylvania Wharton School of Business. He consults with companies around the world and has been honored with more than 30 teaching awards.
Professor Jerry (Yoram) Wind is Lauder Professor; Director, SEI Center for Advanced Studies in Management; and Academic Director, The Wharton Fellows Program at the University of Pennsylvania Wharton School of Business. He is internationally known for his research, consults with major firms around the world, and has lectured in over 50 universities.
Free and open to the public. Light refreshments preceding lecture. RSVP required. Mail in form below or register online: www.gratzcollege.edu
