This seminar will combine presentation and experiential exercises to:
explore how mindfulness can be used by a therapist to help clients deal with stress, anxiety and chronic pain.
enhance the ability of the therapist to be more present with their clients.
apply both Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and of Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT).
discuss how certain types of reframing can be used to enhance mindfulness and to deal with challenges that both therapists and clients face.
